What if there is a problem with my order?

If you are waiting on an order to arrive:

Keeps Replacement Policy requires 10 business days to have elapsed between the date your medication was shipped and the date in which Keeps sends a replacement.

If your package was marked delivered, but you didn’t receive it:

USPS/UPS will sometimes mark or scan packages as delivered but won’t actually deliver them until a few days later. If you still have not received your package after 3 business days have elapsed since the shipment was marked delivered, please submit a request here or chat us by clicking on “Support” in the bottom right corner, and we can request a replacement shipment.

30 day policy:

If you need to report a missing, defective, or damaged item, submit a request here. You must report this within 30 days of the original ship date to receive a free replacement. If more than 30 days have elapsed after the original ship date, we reserve the right to deny any financial relief.
