My prescription is expiring. How do I get a new one?
If you live in a state where Keeps offers telemedicine, you can get a new Rx directly from your Keeps doctor. We'll reach out to you for updated information before your 4th refill to ensure you don't miss any treatment.
If you live in a state where Keeps cannot offer telemedicine services, you'll need to visit a doctor in person to receive a new Rx.

I thought Keeps was all about convenience — why do I have to go to the doctor this year?
Unfortunately, changing state regulations are out of our control. If your state doesn’t allow telemedicine, we’re unable to renew your prescription online. Instead, you’ll have to visit a doctor in person to get your refill. But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to take advantage of Keeps affordable prices and get your treatment shipped to your door.
