How do I cancel my Keeps subscription?

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your Keeps subscription, but we understand it might not be the fit for every guy. We try to make this as easy as possible for you and offer different ways to cancel:

1. You can text or call us at 833-745-3377 from 10 am ET to 6 pm ET, excluding federal holidays.

2. Chat us by clicking "Support" in the bottom right corner to cancel your subscription.

3. Click here and submit a request online.

***If your next refill date is within the next 24 hours, please call us to ensure your cancellation request is processed before your refill order.

***Please note your cancellation is not official until you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
